These few paragraphs describe what a visit to ArtCentral leaves behind and what happens to that information. In effect since October 31, 2026.
Collected information
Writing to us through the contact page delivers to us only what you put in the boxes.
Joining the email list means your address is used only for the emails you asked for; one click unsubscribes you.
For each page you open, our hosting company keeps a record of which page was asked for and from what address, for site safety.
We record bare numbers of feature use, with no names behind them.
Kept on your device
Number tools on artcentral.net do their math inside your browser, so we never see your inputs.
Your quiz scores are stored only in your browser.
Tracking and cookies
An ordinary visit asks for no registration, and needs none of our cookies.
Once we add outside analytics, or ads, the companies behind them can place cookies; clearing them is up to you.
Some links earn us a referral fee if you buy; the store handles its own cookies.
Who sees it
We will never sell personal information to advertisers or anyone else. Except for the technical providers we rely on, your data stays with us unless we are legally obliged.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete what we hold, contact curator@artcentral.net; we answer every one.
Other things to know
Readers of ArtCentral are expected to be 13 or older, so please let us know if a child has sent details.
In case of changes, we post the update on this page with the revision date.
